Minimal price: 2 beds/apartment/night
Ocupancy: 5 persons maximum
Smoking: Within the apartment smoking is not allowed.
Damages: All damages must be paid for.
Check - in is after 2 o´clock in afternoon. Check - out is
at 10 o´clock in the morning.
Price discounts
- 1 child up to 3 years: – 100%
- children under 12 years: – 10%
- stay of more than 7 nights, possible discount after an individual
agreement: – 10%
- no discounts during holidays
Payment procedure
50% of the total price has to be paid within one week after confirmation
of the reservation. The remaining 50% has to be on our account on
the arrival date.
